WHAT WE DO and HOW WE CAN HELP
The Princeton Biofeedback Centre LLC specializes in providing neurofeedback and Open Focus training to treat stress-related disorders, attention disorders, physical and emotional pain, and anxiety and depression. Neurofeedback and Open Focus are methods that reduces stress and enhance well-being by using principles developed in the field of electroencephalographic (EEG) biofeedback, now called neurofeedback. Open Focus and neurofeedback combine to reduce symptoms that may not be recognizable as stress related, but are often underpinning physical and emotional pain, attention difficulties, emotional disorders, and physical symptoms of all kinds. It is also effectively used by athletes and performers to train for peak performance.

Ritalin, Dexedrine and Clonidine, they all have side effects...Ritalin can slow down growth, it can lead to insomnia, it can cause loss of appetite....but it can also turn around a child's life.... I would rather see biofeedback tried first.

A child's brain can be taught to regulate itself, much like a youngster can be taught to ride a bike. Through the training, the brain is provided with the information it needs to regulate itself, thereby causing the necessary adjustments which bring about changes in behavior. The most common feedback about EEG training from parents... Read more
My quality of life today is a miracle. I came to Dr Fehmi having constant migraine and pain attacks that had robbed me of my fun meter for life. They were caused by my lack of managing my focus. I live by Dr Fehmi’s saying,” it’s not what you pay attention to, it’s how you pay attention to whatever it is. Today the Open Fo... Read more

Open Focus has had a huge impact on my life. I’m in recovery from Developmental Trauma and Dissociative Identity Disorder. Therapy (until recently when I was fortunate to find someone who could support me) has mostly been very challenging for me, resulting in major destabilization and traumatization. Until Open Focus I was still ve... Read more

Open focus attention training has become a regular practice in my life. If I don’t do it I feel the difference. My nervous system is not in balance. Open focus has helped me overcome vertigo episodes. Now, the moment I recognize early warning signals I enter open focus and I feel much better. The training I had done in 2013 with... Read more

For the first time since I’ve had Eric (age 6), I’m not worried about him. Impulsitivity is under control. I always knew he was smart. Now he’s able to learn by leaps and bounds. He’s much happier. He listens better. The changes with the EEG training were noticeable right away.
You have given us back the child we always wanted
Our adopted son, who was prenatally exposed to alcohol, had attention deficits. He was oppositional and impulsive. He had phobias and anxiety. You throw all that together on one little five year old and that’s an awful lot to deal with. This technique has been the light at the end of a very long tunnel for us. Nothing else has work... A very special remembrance on your birthday,Les. Someday they might make April 23rd a national holiday in honor of your groundbreaking work. In my opinion, Open Focus increases creativity. I have noticed it in myself. I have clients who are also therapists. They say they are more intuitive and able to develop better insight into their clients issues. It also helps calm people and they report better sleep.

Well, now that I have almost 10 years experience using Open Focus and working with clients, I can say without any doubts that I continue to be amazed by the efficacy of Open Focus; how it literally and figuratively “peels away” levels of stress, anxiety and pain just like an onion.
